When is it Shipped?

All items takes 3 processing days. Once it is processed, it will be shipped on every Friday of the week.
Saturday and Sunday are not included in business days.

When Does it get Here?

All items are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Delivery time depending on location....

  • Within California, Arizona, and Colorado it takes about 2-3 business days
  • Within the U.S. it would take approximately 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping outside of U.S. (international shipping) takes approximately 5-10 business days.

How can I track My Items?

  • Tracking numbers from USPS will be sent to you through via Email.
  • International shipping Customs numbers will be via Email.
  • Small packages such as earrings or pins might not have tracking do to light weight.

One day Shipping:

One Day shipping is shipped the day when the order is received on business days/ week days.
It will not be shipped out Saturday or Sunday.


Pre-orders are shipped when the products are completed.
Shipping dates are approximately 2-4 business days.
When products arrive, they will be shipped out immediately.
Emails will be sent out to inform buyers when the products have arrived.

Lost or Damaged Items?

Mori Galaxy is not responsible for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
Items are checked for quality and packaged uniquely before mailing out.

Return, Exchange, refund policy: 

  • We do not refund items that have incorrect addresses. If the item has been shipped and lost due to incorrect labeling the customer will be required to pay the item in full to receive new shipment. 
  • All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are available if the items are damaged, misprinted, or have size issues. Damaged item may be returned by providing photo evidence and email confirmation. Exchanged item(s) MUST attain original packaging form. All items within the package must be returned. Return shipping fee applies.
