What Post office do you use for Shipping?

United States Postal Service (USPS).

When is it Shipped?

All items takes 3 processing days. Once it is processed, it will be shipped on every Friday of the week.

When Does it get Here?

An email will be sent to verify your order has been shipped. Depending on location....

  • Within the U.S. it would take approximately 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping outside of U.S. would take approximately 5-7 business days.
  • Tracking through US customs for international Shipping.
  • Tracking will be emailed to all apparel orders.
  • Small accessories such as pin and key chains might not have tracking depending on weight.


Preorders are shipped when the products are completed.
Shipping dates are approximately 2-4 business days. When products arrive, they will be shipped out immediately.
Emails will be sent out to inform buyers when the products have arrived.

How can I track My Items?

Tracking number from USPS will be sent to you through via Email.
International shipping custom numbers will be sent for International shipping.

"PICK UP" shipping option

"Pick up" in the checkout option does NOT mail out the item(s).
You may pick up the item personally at a convention.
You can check up coming conventions in the Event section.
Items marked as "Pick Up" will be saved until the second day of the convention (if it's a single day convention, until 12pm.).
If you missed the "Pick up" deadline for a convention or failed to show up; please e-mail Mori Galaxy.

Lost or Damaged Items?

Mori Galaxy is not responsible for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
Items are triple checked for quality assurance before mailing out.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available if the items are damaged, misprinted, and or size issues.
Damaged item may not be returned without provided photo evidence and email confirmation.
Exchanged item(s) has to attain original packaging form. All items within the package must be returned. Return fees and shipping applies.
