What Post office do you use for Shipping?

United States Postal Service (USPS).

When is it Shipped?

All items takes 3 processing days. Once it is processed, it will be shipped on every Friday of the week.
Saturday and Sunday are not included in business days.

When Does it get Here?

An email will be sent to verify your order has been shipped. Depending on location....

  • Within the U.S. it would take approximately 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping outside of U.S. would take approximately 5-7 business days.
  • Tracking through US customs for international Shipping.
  • Tracking will be emailed to all apparel orders.
  • Small accessories such as pin and key chains might not have tracking depending on weight.

How can I track My Items?

Tracking number from USPS will be sent to you through via Email.
International shipping custom numbers will be sent for International shipping. Small packages such as earrings or pins might not have tracking do to light weight.

One day Shipping:

One Day shipping is shipped the day when the order is received on business days/ week days.
It will not be shipped out Saturday or Sunday.

Pre-Orders.

Pre-orders are shipped when the products are completed.
Shipping dates are approximately 2-4 business days. When products arrive, they will be shipped out immediately. Emails will be sent out to inform buyers when the products have arrived.

Lost or Damaged Items?

Mori Galaxy is not responsible for any item damaged or lost during shipping.
Items are triple checked for quality assurance before mailing out.

Return Policy

We do not refund any sales that have been shipped out. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available if the items are damaged, misprinted, or size issues. Damaged item may not be returned without provided photo evidence and email confirmation.
Exchanged item(s) has to attain original packaging form. All items within the package must be returned. Return fees and shipping applies.
